Retail Express, the UK-based international provider of AI-driven Pricing, Promotions, Supplier Collaboration, and Category Management software, is proud to announce its strategic expansion by establishing a physical presence in Australia. Over the past four years, Retail Express has been the trusted software provider behind MetProms, the Metcash Grocery Promotion Planning and Supplier Negotiation solution utilised by Metcash and over 1,000 FMCG Suppliers.

We will be setting up a local Australian company with a local team to better cater for the demand for Retail Express solutions in Australia and New Zealand, and we are pleased to announce the appointment of our first General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, who will join us on 4th March 2024.

We are delighted to have secured the appointment of Jeremy Menezes as the GM and Managing Director of our Australian arm. With an extensive 25-year tenure at Woolworths and BigW, followed by seven years at Metcash, where he served as Head of Merchandise Operations, Jeremy brings invaluable experience and insight into the Australian market. He will spearhead our entry into Australia and oversee the recruitment of Business Consulting, Implementation Experts, Business Analysts, and Customer Support personnel to deliver the best support structure for our Australian customers. During the initial phase of building and training the local team, our UK corporate office experts will provide seamless support to Jeremy and his team.

From 4th March 2024, Jeremy will serve as the primary point of contact for all business development activities from the Australian market and assume responsibility for your interactions with Retail Express. We believe that with a localised team in Australia and Jeremy’s expertise in Retail & Wholesale, we can enhance and streamline our support to you, surpassing the effectiveness of our current structure.
