Barry Grange
Chief Executive Officer


Barry’s retail career began at Tesco, the UK Supermarket Group, where he held several appointments including Systems Director, Management Services Director and Group CIO. From there he moved to the USA as Executive Vice President of a leading Supply Chain provider to the Retail industry worldwide. Barry then established British American Consulting Group, which he ran as Chairman & CEO for 10 years until the business was sold to VC’s; the company had a major share of the Retail ERP market with over 50 leading retailers worldwide. Barry established Retail Express to address the ‘intelligent merchandising’ area to create a solution with the proper mix or science, technology and good retail practise, the result is AMP2. Barry is the founding Chairman and CEO of Retail Express. Barry has a Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies, is a Graduate of the Institute of Marketing, Fellow of the Institute of Logistics & Transport and has had his writing on retail and IT published worldwide.
   
Iain Nicol
Senior Vice President of Product Development

With experience ranging from systems development to sales, and operations to consulting, Iain has spent over 20 years providing successful IT solutions to the retail industry. From an end user perspective, he has worked in a variety of roles with major retailers in a number of industry segments, including grocery, electrical and mail order. Iain gained extensive experience of the software industry at PeopleSoft, Retek and Unisys, and spent 7 years at Armature in development, product marketing and sales consulting roles with specific responsibility for driving the product strategy and launching the complete product portfolio. From Armature Iain joined Retail Express where, among other things, he is responsible for the development of the ‘intelligent merchandising’ AMP2 software solution in the role of SVP-Product Development.
   
Miguel Ganose
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy


Miguel has held senior management and consultancy roles with high profile retail companies in the UK and abroad. An IT professional with over 20 years experience in retail, he has a proven record in developing and implementing supply chain and merchandising solutions for both Worldwide Chainstore Systems and Tesco Stores. As the Development Director and founding member of BACG, which later became Armature, Miguel was responsible for the development methodology and technical direction of their retail solutions. Later, as Vice President of Product Management he defined the functional direction of the software. In 1999 he helped to form retailing.net, a subsidiary of Armature created to provide supply and demand solutions to multi-channel retailers. Now at Retail Express, Miguel brings his skills to the role of SVP - Marketing and Product Strategy.
